Here we go, first post of  ‘09 and first with the new WP.

Dear Reader,

So, we all made it to 2009. Congrats, we staved off death another year. I have nothing to say today, but I felt I needed to get back in the swing of things over here. It’s like shopping for a holiday, you have to buy the first gift regardless of whether you think you could get a better deal somewhere, or think that the item is utter garbage, that’s not the point – it’s crossing into the proper mindset.

Which brings us to our current predicament: my lack of posting. Never fear reader, I’m working on it. To get in the mindset I’ve put on Sorry Ma, Forgot to Take Out the Trash and I’m writing a fluff piece to get used to the onslaught of writing that will surely follow.

Yeah, that’s probably a bunch of bullshit; but hey, I’m trying.

In Boston – Contemplating Life

Hey reader!

i’m in Boston (Brookline actually), and the first week of my vacation is almost over. This trip has been both wonderful and taxing. i’ve never really enjoyed vacations. i’ll go on a trip from time to time – that’s nice, but a full trip, with the purpose being relaxation, in a foreign city, living out of a suitcase…no, sir, i don’t like it. That’s not to say i don’t enjoy traveling, i just don’t enjoy the time in between traveling (that doesn’t make a lot of sense).

So, hey. Does this blog have to be about only SEM? i don’t think it does, so i’ve decided it won’t anymore. Shit, the last few posts haven’t had a lick of SEM info, and this one won’t either.

So now all my reader will have the opportunity (burden) to hear my thoughts on other topics, perhaps as they relate to SEM… i don’t know really, i’m just writing my thoughts now.  So…American Beauty’s a helluva movie.
